EVERY NADER HOMES CERTIFIED PARTNER MUST:
• Be licensed by the State in their respective trade
• Have liability insurance of $500,000 minimum
• Must be a registered business in the state they operate
• Have a 24-hour emergency phone number for Nader Homes
• Have successfully complete 4 Nader Homes projects
